What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
Segmentation fault/crash issue is seen while encoding a content in 422
color format.
What version are you using? On what operating system?
commit used : 904b957ae965bd3d67f15a75cd9db7954f810d33.
Issue is seen with target as x86_64-linux-gcc/x86_64-win64-vs14.
Can you reproduce using the vpxdec or vpxenc tools? What command line are
you using?
--good --cpu-used=5 --passes=2 --fpf=dummy.stat --threads=4 --width=1920
--height=1080 --input-bit-depth=10 --bit-depth=10 --target-bitrate=5000
--fps=50000/1000 -o out.bits Seeking_1920x1080_50_10bit_422.yuv
--kf-min-dist=0 --kf-max-dist=100 --auto-alt-ref=2 --aq-mode=2
--resize-allowed=1 --frame-parallel=1 --tile-columns=2 --tile-rows=0
--end-usage=vbr --i422 --ivf --codec=vp9 --profile=3 --error-resilient=0
--cq-level=10 -v --psnr --test-decode=fatal --limit=400 --new-mt=0

Issue seems to be specific to resizing feature with non 420 color format.
